To create a price alert, initiate the /alert set slash command. Start a request by specifying a ticker ID in the ticker field and a trigger price in the price field. After an instrument is specified, you can also provide an exchange or venue, a trigger message, channel to send the alert to, and/or specify a role to tag when the alert is triggered in venue, message, channel, and/or role respectively. Note that all alerts will be sent to your DMs, unless a channel is specified.
If you do not specify an asset class, it'll be picked automatically based on closest matching assets with a bias determined by server's ticker parsing preference. If you do not specify an exchange or venue, the default is determined automatically based on an internal exchange and venue priority order.
You can list and manage alerts by calling /alert list slash command.
